Software Training

Whilst we are confident that our software is very user friendly, we appreciate that when you are getting started you may need some extra assistance to help get up and running.

HLS solutions can therefore offer personalised training sessions, where we will discuss your working practises and take you through all aspects of the software to work out how it can be utilised to best help your business.  In most instances this can be carried out via remote training sessions across the internet, where we can simultaneously view the screen whilst also talking on the telephone.

Alternatively we can arrange training sessions on-site with you, or at our offices in Cheddar, Somerset.

All our trainers have vast experience within the property industry and are completely familiar with our software.  In addition to carrying out training, our staff will speak to you both before and after your appointment to ensure you maximise the benefit from the session provided.
