Visit Britain, and its regional versions for England, Wales, Scotland and London are the official national tourism agency and is funded by the Department for Culture, Media and Sport.  This agency is responsible for the way that Britian is marketed to the rest of the world!

Hidden Britain is a not-for-profit organisation that specialises in discovering and developing responsible rural tourism.

CoaST the Cornwall Sustainable Tourism Project is an active networking group that focuses on sustainable and one planet tourism.

Property Tribes and Lay My Hat are both useful resources for holiday rental owners and agents, with active discussion forums.

The South West Tourism Alliance is the new website and consortium that has replace the now closed South West Tourism board.

The Green Tourism Business Scheme (GTBS) is the national sustainable tourism certification scheme for the UK.
